Export of Ice and Water

Greenland holds a great potential for the export of fresh water and calved glacier ice. Interested parties in starting an export can contact the Department of Business, Mineral Ressources, Energy, Justice, and Gender Equality by email: isiin@nanoq.gl.

To export ice and water, a license for the use of Ice and Water along with an export permit is required. In addition, the company must be approved for food exports by the Food Administration. (fvst.dk)
