Deadlines

Applications can be submitted year-round.
Export permits are issued for the relevant calendar year and expire on December 31st of the same year.
If continuous export is desired, you must reapply each year.
It is recommended to reapply well in advance of the permit's expiration, as processing times may be longer around the end of the year.
